By definition, broadly speaking product compliance is ensuring that the requirements of laws, regulations, industry codes and organizational standards are met.

Where possible we help clients negotiate through some of the grey areas and advise on the appropriate methods of demonstrating compliance with the following services:

  • Technical Files: Some Directives have a mandatory requirement to be able to provide a technical file for the relevant authority on request. We can guide you on the necessary content and help create these files.

  • Product Screening: We are able to physically review individual products or ranges and quickly highlight any compliance or manufacturing concerns at the early stage of development. This acts as a filtering process.

  • Produce Test Plans: We can provide test plans relevant to your product.

  • Concept Assessments: Reviewing and discussing design concepts at an early stage helps streamline and define the development process and build in compliance requirements. This reduces potential problems at pre-production, engineering out potential issues early on. This highlights cost implications in conformance & cost savings.
